Ryan Wood began his news career in 2007 as an Associate Producer at KOCO-TV/DT. He is now the Senior Morning Producer.
Ryan told us about his career choices:
"When I chose to enter the world of digital media and journalism, I had wild expectations of getting to be on the front lines of breaking news, meeting everyday people and sharing their stories. …And then, I became a producer. That’s not necessarily bad, though. Being a part of the heart of daily news gives me a unique perspective on how best to bring media to life. It’s demanding. It’s creative. It’s a challenge. For anyone deciding to enter the realm of television news, you must remain strong-willed and confident. Find a passion and do not push it away. Showcase your talents and foster a desire to always exceed your personal expectations."
